Drone surveys are already a reality today and a completely usable tool. Several tests and comparisons have been carried out both in Estonia and abroad regarding the accuracy of the measurement results. We have also tested it for ourselves and are convinced of the capability and accuracy of our solution.
We use different drones for different surveys, both rotor-type drones and airplane-type drones.

3D model of the building in both BIM and CAD format. For use as a design basis for existing and remodeling buildings. At the moment, everything is moving into the spatial world at high speed. Everyone who has started in the 3D world n. planning, then its usefulness and necessity have been understood. At the moment, most of the spatial design has been transferred to buildings. load-bearing structure, communications, special equipment, etc., etc. So far, however, there has been no good spatial material about designing around existing buildings. 2D materials are used, on the basis of which a 3D model is created, but every non-invention is a loss of information and a large time cost. We believe that by now we have been able to provide many with the necessary and correct 3D information for further design and making the right decisions. We have 3 years of experience in modeling buildings and we are quite sure that we know what is possible and what should be done. During this time, we have introduced approx. 160,000 square meters of buildings, we have gained a lot of experience during this process. We know how to ask the right questions, pay attention to problems that need to be solved in order to get the right 3D model to start designing. We use point clouds as the basis for building the model, which we have been doing for a long time and have experience in building point clouds.
