The increasing threat of modern infrared sensors and thermal imaging cameras requires effective solutions to protect troop movements and equipment from enemy detection. Shieldex offers metallised textiles that provide infrared and thermal shielding due to their high reflectivity in the wave range from 780 nm to 20,000 nm. These textiles can be used in combat uniforms, ghillie suits, sleeping bags, and passive camouflage devices (tents, ponchos, vehicle covers) to reduce visibility to enemy sensors.
