The Kia EV6 SUV is built on the new E-GMP electric car platform and offers both a long range and ultra-fast charging capability.
The Kia EV6 is available in the Baltics with a 77.4kWh battery pack and as front- and rear-wheel drive. The rear-wheel drive EV6 version can travel approximately 528 km on a single charge, and the four-wheel drive 506 km (WLTP). With the same battery pack, the four-wheel drive EV6 with a torque of 605Nm can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.2 seconds. At the beginning of 2023, the EV6 GT version arrived in Estonia, which can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.
EV batteries allow both 400V and 800V charging without an additional adapter. The car allows ultra-fast charging from 10% to 80% in only 18 minutes, or a 100km driving range can be charged in just 4.5 minutes. As an innovation, the Kia EV6 has a Vehicle to Load (V2L) function, which allows you to provide energy from your battery to other larger electrical devices and, through an adapter inserted into the battery's charging port, to provide power to, for example, an electric grill or an electric hedge trimmer. The EV6 can tow a trailer weighing up to 1600kg.
The "Kia Connect" application is available for remote control of the car, which allows you to receive various over-the-air updates for the car, check the status and charging of the car's battery, find suitable charging options according to the remaining driving range, heat/cool the car interior and much more.
