Gravity Jet Suit

Gravity Industries Ltd

The Gravity Industries Jet Suit offers instant, independent, personal ultra mobility for specialist military users, taking off from and landing anywhere. Already in service with Special Forces units it completely changes conventional thinking and finds uses in maritime boarding, urban assault, other complex terrain and medical response. Surprisingly easy to fly, training takes just seven weeks to be fully night operations capable. Over short distances of up to 2 miles without refueling it replaces the need for a helicopter and reduces vulnerability to the operators. In maritime boarding, urban and mountain theatres it replaces access ladders and ropes, again reducing vulnerability for the first to deploy, bypassing enemy countermeasures and natural or man made obstacles such as minefields.
For maritime boarding, launch occurs from a RIB out of contact with the target vessel. Operators close on to the target simultaneously from different directions, overwhelming defences. The need for a vulnerable helicopter or slow ascents of ladders from RIBs is negated. When paired with both ISTAR and medium lift UAS, it delivers operators to a point of their choosing to best influence the situation with the capacity to self extract on completion of the mission. Its performance over any terrain, in almost any weather, along with operational simplicity and acquisition cost in comparison to other capabilities make it a leader in its sector.
Gravity Industries Jet Suit delivers Surprise, Speed and Aggression from a Manportable system.
This is not an experimental concept - this is real and already delivering unique capability, now.
