All the tools you need to grow, engage and strenghten your community

Organize an Event in our Portal

  • Go to events.multicity.com
  • To start filling out the registration form, go to the menu and click the blue button "Start now". Or find and click the blue button "Start now" that is located at the beginning of the page.
  • Wait for the confirmation email. It takes approximately 5 minutes.
  • Confirm your email address by clicking on the portal link in the email and then click “Register”. Then our system will send you an email to confirm your account. It takes approximately 5 minutes.
  • Now once you’ve gotten the second email, set your password.
  • You have successfully set up your account and welcome to MultiCityTV portal.

Edit your Event

Now you have logged in to your account and can start editing your Event by clicking on the Event name and then “Edit”.

Add information

Fill out general information about your Event:

  • Edit your Event name if necessary.
  • Add location.

Add information about your company:

  • Insert your company name and general contact information such as email, phone number and website address.

Insert the Event details:

  • Start by adding the time of your Event (date and time).
  • Add Event description, up to 500 words.

Visuals

Your virtual event with your style design

Support your Event with visuals:

  • Add a beautiful Event banner with 1920x800px dimensions.
  • Add your logo with 300x140px dimensions.
  • Support your Event with a video.

Event program

Insert your Event program:

  • Go to tab “Add Event Agenda”.
  • Start by clicking on the “+ Add New” button.
  • Insert the theme topic, additional info if necessary and speaker.
  • Choose the day for the topic.
  • If you have a topic that repeats, you have to manually add it to every Event day.
  • Choose timezone, it´s necessary for the Calendar component to function.
  • Choose the Event where this Topic will be added.
  • Now, one by one add all the topics in Your Agenda.

Publish

Only a few steps more and Your event is up!

  • Save your changes.

Congratulations! You have now created your first MultiCityTV virtual Event.

Find your suitable Event

  • Go to events.multicity.com.
  • At Events portfolio section choose Event and go to this subpage (click the link "Discover" or click on event title).
  • Click the button "Get Started" and fill out the form “Become an Exhibitor”.
  • Wait for the confirmation email. It takes approximately 5 minutes.
  • Confirm your email address by clicking on the portal link in the email and then click “Register”.  Then our system will send you an email to confirm your account. It takes approximately 5 minutes.
  • Now once you’ve gotten the second email, set your password.
  • You have successfully set up your account and welcome to MultiCityTV portal.

Edit your Company profile

Now you have logged in to your account, go to tab "Companies". Find your Company.

*Label "Company" is used here as a company, organisation, non-profit organisation, various types of business forms.

Click on your Companys name, your profile page will be opened.

Start adding information

To start editing, click "Edit".
Choose what you show on the Company profile page.

  • Fill out your Companys name.
  • Add tags to show your line of business.

Next can be seen Events where your company is registered as an Exhibitor.

Fill out details about your Company.

  • Add company logo (image max 4MB, PNG).
  • Add your companys legal name, country and address.
  • Share your company’s contact information such as website link (URL), email and phone number.

About Company

Write about your company.

  • Share your oneliner/slogan (up to 30 words).
  • Give an overview of your company (up to 100 words).
  • Additional info.
  • Information about your company: established year, annual revenue and number of employees.

Add a video (YouTube video link recommended).

  • Tell how your product helps people, show your desire to make a positive impact. Connect with your audience by sharing a memorable video.

About Company

Write about your company.

  • Share your oneliner/slogan (up to 30 words).
  • Give an overview of your company (up to 100 words).
  • Information about your company: established year, annual revenue and number of employees.
  • Additional info.

Add a video (YouTube video link recommended).

  • Tell how your product helps people, show your desire to make a positive impact. Connect with your audience by sharing a memorable video.

Contact information

You can add up to 2 people for contact.

  • Fill in the name of your contact, email address, position and add photo (max 4MB, JPG).

Share your social links: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.

Custom CTA (call to action) button. On your Company profile page, on the left side menu, you can show a button and encourage the audience to do something (book a visit, book a test drive etc).

  • Enter the text of the button. Keep text short and clear, long text will only confuse audience and discourage them from clicking.
  • Add link (URL) for button. When a user clicks on the button it brings them to a new website (it will open in a new browser tab).

Your product

In your account, go to tab "Display project/product 1".

  • Add title (name of your product or service).
  • Description (up to 50 words). The features and benefits of your product or service.
  • Add image(s). Image file size up to 4MB, JPG. Show beautiful visuals of your product or service.
  • Add link (URL) for reading more about this project/product.
  • Add product brochure (PDF recommended). Provide more information about your project/product. When finished, click button "Save".

Move forward, add next project/product, go to tab "Display project/product 2".

Save your progress and enjoy your virtual booth!

  • Add title (name of your product or service).
