The Team Europe Partnerships Portal (TEPP) is a flagship project by the European Commission (Directorate-General for International Partnerships) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia to support partner countries in finding innovative, effective and efficient tools that can help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and build inclusive and sustainable societies, creating a bridge between all Team Europe actors as part of the Global Gateway strategy.

The Portal’s matchmaking tool brings together those looking for high-quality expertise and services with suitable providers. The Team Europe Partnerships Portal supports a multi-stakeholder approach. It helps forge partnerships between a wide range of European providers, including the private sector, public sector and financial organisations.
