Synergistic globe belives that unhealth environment cause diseases in our communities. Synergistic Globe will use relavant specialist to furnish the community with environmental conservation knowledge. Special groups initiatives in Tanzania focus on uniting together in fighting against their challenges, but lacking knowledge and skills lead their failure. Synergistic globe will research and empower communities through workshops,seminars and trainings. Since the society is unsafe under bad cultural beliefs like killing of albinos,genital multilation and elder killings,Synergistic globe will conduct researches on how to overcoming such situation. The rural community is experiencing gender inequality issues,this organization will create awareness on benefits of gender equality. Synergistic globe will research and educate communities on how to accommodate special groups and their denied rights.
