Role 1medical support includes the capabilities for providing first aid, immediate lifesaving measures, and triage.
MMH R1 mobile unit is Role 1 level of care combined with rapid deployment and patient transport capabilities. Unit includes one doctors workstation, one area for first aid and four patient holding cots that can be equipped with ventilators and monitors and can be used when unit is on the move. Oxygen supply is available in all areas. Oxygen generator can be included with up to 20 litres per minute support.

The ORM is equipped with two workstations, allowing up to eight team members to work on a single surgical team. Included in every ORM are operating lights and tables, anaesthetic equipment, suction, vital signs monitoring and equipment for emergency orthopaedic and surgical procedures. ORM is equipped with an Automated Area Disinfection ORM has a built-in generator, meaning it can work off support power in the most trying of circumstances. Built-in oxygen, medical air and power support allow ORM to operate in complete autonomy. The unit has built-in levelling legs, which makes loading and unloading a unit from a truck or barrow possible without extra cranes or lifting units. With ISO 1CC Certification, ORM is designed for easy transportation via sea, land, and air.
